SCUBAPRO Definition 5.0 wetsuit
The new Definition 5.0 full-body wetsuit/semidry offers more stretch, greater comfort, and enhanced features.
The suit is built with an Ultraspan chest panel and Stretchtec material on the sides, arms, legs, and chest area. This ensures a snug fit that maximizes thermal insulation during your dives.
For added warmth, the suit includes infrared inner lining on the chest and back that reflects your body heat inward. The rest of the suit is silver-lined, which also helps retain warmth. It’s ideal for diving in temperate waters during the warmer months.
Scubapro has also prioritized comfort and ease of use. The diagonal brass back zipper avoids direct pressure on the spine, while integrated back padding reduces the load from your BCD and tank.
And no chemical smell! The neoprene is limestone-based, so it doesn’t have the typical petroleum odor. Limestone neoprene is also more skin-friendly, and we’ve seen no signs of irritation or rash that can sometimes occur with traditional wetsuits.
Environmentally, limestone neoprene is a greener choice - it emits less CO₂ during production and has a smaller impact on the environment.
High-wear areas like the shoulders, seat, knees, and elbows are reinforced with durable abrasion-resistant material, increasing the suit’s lifespan. Two I-Safe® straps are included - one on each arm - to keep equipment like a dive watch or computer securely in place during deep dives, where the suit compresses.

TPF-5: 5.0 mm to 6.5 mm - Best suited for water temperatures of 16 °C to 21 °C.
