The Speargun – Beuchat Mundial Competition 75 cm

The Beuchat Mundial Competition is a proven classic among spearfishers – and with good reason. At 75 cm it strikes the perfect balance between ease of use and range. It offers more power and accuracy than the shorter beginner guns, yet remains easy enough to handle for newcomers learning proper technique.

The gun is built around a 28 mm aluminium barrel, combining low weight with high strength. Its integrated rail guide keeps the shaft stable during firing, improving accuracy over longer distances. The closed muzzle makes loading easier, while the twin 16 mm power bands provide significantly more punch than entry-level models.
The 6.5 mm stainless Tahitian shaft with barb ensures strong penetration and durability. Overall, this is a gun that allows you to target both flatfish and larger species like cod and sea trout – without losing control.

The Wetsuit – Beuchat Espadon Prestige 7 mm with Magic Camo

The Espadon Prestige is Beuchat’s top-of-the-line spearfishing suit – ideal for colder northern waters. Made from exclusive Elaskin X 8.8 neoprene, it is softer and more flexible than standard neoprene, offering exceptional freedom of movement whether you’re swimming, diving or lying still in ambush.

The open-cell interior clings closely to the skin, minimising water circulation and dramatically improving insulation. The tough outer lining is reinforced with Supratex on the knees and chest, providing both flexibility and extreme durability where you need it most.

Important about weights

Note: the package does not include weights. Correct weighting is crucial for safe diving. A common rule of thumb is 1 kg of weight per 10 kg of body weight. For example, if you weigh 80 kg, you will need around 8 kg of weights.
