The beginner course is known as "Open Water Diver". On this course you'll learn the basic about scuba diving. With this certification you'll be able to dive to 18 meters and you may dive without supervision of an instructor (however you may never dive without a buddy).

The "Scuba Diver" course is a mini course representing the first part of the "Open Water Diver" course. With this certification you'll be able to dive to 12 meters but only supervised by a certified guide/instructor.

After completing the Open Water course you may move on to the "Advanced Open Water Diver". This course is made to advance your diving in different environments and you'll be able to dive to 30 meters.

If you want a solid start on diving then the "Adventure" course is the right for you. This certification includes both Open Water and Advanced Open Water in one complete package.

When you become a certified Open Water Diver you'll have the opportunity to join different "Specialties" courses. With these courses you'll upskill different topics regarding to diving. E.g. diving with drysuit, diving during nighttime or improving navigation below water.

As a certified Advanced Open Water Diver you might take the next step and join the "Rescue Diver" course. As the name indicates this is a course which focus on dive safety and handling an emergency situation. In combination to your Rescue Diver Course you'll participate in an Emergency First Response course.

After achieving your Rescue Diver cerfitication you'll have the opportunity to become a professional diver. The first step as a professional diver is the "Divemaster" course.

Another option is the "Master Scuba Diver" certification which is the highest level in recreational scuba diving. The path starts with earning a PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, PADI Rescue Diver and the Emergency First Response course. Other than that you shall have completed 5 Specialties courses which you can choose yourself. All of these certifications will make you an experienced diver. This'll also get you ready if you are choosing the professional path and becoming a Divemaster!

Diving2000 educates to the PADI standads which is the largest and the most recognized scuba diving educational system in the world. No matter where in the world you'll always meet a PADI center.

The beginner course is known as "Open Water Diver" (OWD). The OWD course is an exciting combination of theory and practice. You'll learn a great deal about safety when diving and techniques, equipment handling etc. The course is structured so everyone can learn how to dive and get used to the world under the surface through various exercises. The course is ending with an ocean dive and afterwards you get a temporarily certification to confirm that you graduated. When achieving this certificate you may begin your adventure of scuba diving.
