Designed to be the perfect companion to Scubapro's Spectra masks, the redesigned Spectra Dry is the ideal snorkel. The large-circumference upper tube allows for ample airflow, and the new dry top design actually seals the tube when the snorkel is submerged, eliminating the need for snorkel clearing when it resurfaces. An effective purge valve located at the lowest point of the snorkel expels any water that may enter the airways, preventing the annoying gurgling sensation you get when breathing from a "wet" snorkel.
The lower corrugated section of the tube is flexible, so when you switch to your regulator, the mouthpiece hangs down and out of the way. When you return to the surface and switch back to snorkel breathing, the mouthpiece fits in regulator style and securely between the teeth, ensuring a comfortable fit no matter how long you swim.
