Waterproof R7 Rescue - The ultimate Search & Rescue dry suit
Waterproof R7 Rescue is the result of close collaboration with the Swedish Sea Rescue Society (SSRS) and has been developed specifically for Search and Rescue (SAR). The suit combines maximum safety, durability and freedom of movement, and is recognized as one of the most comfortable and functional rescue suits on the market.
Materials and construction
The R7 Rescue is made of Quad-Lam fabric, which is both waterproof and breathable. The outer layer consists of 330D Cordura, which provides excellent durability and longevity - perfect for demanding SAR missions. The suit is anatomically designed with pre-bent arms and legs for unrestricted movement, as well as a seam-free crotch zone for increased comfort and durability.
- Front YKK Aqua Seal #10 plastic zipper: flexible, easy to operate and protected by a Velcro zipper cover.
- Telescopic torso: provides a perfect fit for different body sizes.
- Built-in straps: ensure comfort and easy adjustment.
Comfort and tightness
To keep the user warm, dry and comfortable in tough conditions, the suit is equipped with:
- Glideskin super-stretch neoprene neck and wrist seals - warm, flexible and friction-reducing.
- Xlite Flexboots - lightweight neoprene boots with good comfort, grip and fin compatibility.
- Padding at knees and elbows for extra comfort.
Safety and reinforcements
- Knees, elbows and seat are reinforced with extra layers of 500D Cordura® for maximum protection.
- Reflective details and the orange color ensure high visibility during rescue operations.
- Velcro patch on the arm for identification.
