Waterproof D7X Cordura
Overview
The Waterproof D7X Cordura is an advanced drysuit created for experienced divers who require maximum durability and comfort. With an outer layer of Heavy Duty Cordura®, the D7X Cordura offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and tears, making it suitable for challenging diving environments. The slimmer fit and telescopic torso reduce bulk and increase freedom of movement for a more streamlined diving experience.
Features
Material and Seams
The suit is made of Tri-Lam Cordura® material, providing maximum resistance to abrasion and tears. It has single stitching and soft rubber-taped seams, ensuring high flexibility and comfort.
Front Zipper and Fit
The long, curved YKK/BDM metal dry zipper is positioned high on the shoulder, making it easy to don and doff and enhancing upper body mobility. An anatomical fit with pre-bent arms and legs offers extra freedom of movement, while a seam-free crotch area enhances comfort further.
SI TECH Systems and Insulation
The D7X Cordura is equipped with the SI TECH Quick Neck System and silicone neck seal, which is both comfortable and easy to replace. The wrists are fitted with the SI TECH QCS Oval Ring System, compatible with the ULTIMA dry glove system, making wrist seal replacement easy. The suit also includes Waterproof’s unique Warm Neck and removable Warm Cuffs for improved insulation.
Pockets and Reinforcements
The D7X features spacious Power Pockets with zippers and expansion options, allowing divers to choose between large capacity or a more compact profile. The pockets are equipped with stainless AISI 316 D-rings and double cord loops. The knee and boot areas are reinforced with military-grade Kevlar® for added durability.
Additional Details
An anti-slip seat provides extra grip and abrasion protection. The suit has a heavy-duty zipper cover for added security and a Chill Guard that keeps body heat in and protects undergarments from the zipper. The telescopic torso and adjustable suspenders allow for an optimal fit.
