Scubapro MK17 EVO2 – compact, lightweight and sealed

Scubapro MK17 EVO2 is the latest generation of Scubapro’s popular sealed diaphragm first stage, developed for divers who demand high reliability, performance and comfort – especially in cold water and challenging environments. With a completely new compact design, improved freeze protection and optimized hose routing, the MK17 EVO2 delivers stable airflow in all conditions while being lighter and more streamlined than previous models.

Sealed diaphragm design – perfect for cold water diving

The MK17 EVO2 features a balanced diaphragm and a fully sealed dry chamber construction that effectively keeps water, dirt and contamination out of the regulator. The unique dual diaphragm system increases both reliability and freeze resistance, while the ribs on the dry chamber enhance heat exchange. The result is a first stage that performs reliably even in very cold diving conditions – ideal for Nordic waters.

Stable and effortless breathing

The air-balanced diaphragm ensures consistent and smooth airflow throughout the dive. Whether diving deep, with low tank pressure or high breathing demand, the MK17 EVO2 delivers constant performance without resistance. With an impressive airflow of up to 6,900 liters per minute, you always have plenty of air available.

New compact and lightweight design with forged brass body

The MK17 EVO2 is significantly smaller and lighter than both the MK17 EVO and MK19 EVO. The new forged brass body combines high strength with reduced weight, helping to make the entire regulator system lighter. The compact design also contributes to a more streamlined setup on the tank.

Optimized hose routing and direct transmitter mounting

The two high-pressure ports are positioned opposite each other at an optimal 15° angle, allowing improved hose routing and flexible positioning. This smart layout also enables direct mounting of a Scubapro transmitter without the need for an adapter, resulting in a cleaner setup with fewer connections and increased reliability.
