Overview
The Scubapro MK25 Evo BT / G260 Carbon Black Tech is an upgrade of the popular G260 technical diving regulator system. This system combines enhanced durability with a carbon fiber front cover and a Black Tech coating for added resistance. The MK25 EVO BT's balanced piston offers excellent protection against freezing, high inhalation sensitivity, and instant air delivery on demand. The G260 Carbon BT, with its large diaphragm, metal components, and High-Flow exhaust valve, ensures both excellent breathing performance and freezing resistance.
Features
Extreme durability with carbon fiber and Black Tech
The carbon fiber front is lightweight and provides excellent impact resistance. The Black Tech coating on both the first and second stages protects metal components from saltwater corrosion and wear.
Optimized airflow
The air-balanced second stage reduces inhalation resistance smoothly at varying depths and air supplies. An adjustable inhalation knob fine-tunes air delivery, while the VIVA dive/pre-dive switch prevents free flow in cold water or when used as an octopus.
Comfortable breathing and flexible hose routing
The High-Flow exhaust valve reduces exhalation resistance, improving overall breathing comfort. Additionally, the reversible hose routing allows for flexible adjustment of hose positioning, ideal for technical diving.
Advanced cold-water protection
The patented XTIS (Extended Thermal Insulating System) isolates the internal mechanism from the environment, enhancing resistance to cold water and delaying ice formation, even under extreme conditions, without compromising breathing performance.
