Shipping with Diving 2000

General

Diving 2000 provides delivery through our shipping partners (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order, to be expected 2-6 working days for delivery, but under normal circumstances 2-6 days. If there are delays with our partners, this will similarly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Diving 2000 cannot be held responsible for delays with our partners. In the case of very late (several days past expected delivery) or outright missed deliveries, please contact us so we can find a solution for you. You should expect at least 2-3 business delivery time under normal circumstances, but for a few select destinations it could potentially take up to 30 days.

Delivery to certain small islands and remote areas can in some cases take extra time to arrive. Special tariffs are available for all European countries. Please find your delivery cost during the check-out process.

Diving 2000 receives payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment will not be charged to your account before the item is shipped.

Diving 2000 encrypts all your card information with the so-called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.

Delivery time estimate

Note that delivery times are an estimate and may vary widely. Local custom clearance may delay delivery times further. Depending on the country, you can expect between 3-15 weekdays for delivery if the item is in stock. Due to some items not being in stock, this may cause unforseen delays. We will contact that you if order a backorder item and provide you with an estimate for when we expect to be able to send it when possible.

VAT Information

For Orders Within the EU:

All orders shipped within the EU include VAT.

For Orders Outside the EU:

VAT will be removed from your order during the checkout process if you select a country outside of the EU. Please note that your order may still be subject to local VAT or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country.

Partial return of order

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order.

Please note that you will not receive a refund of the delivery costs if you regret part of your purchase.

Return shipping

If you wish to return whole or part of your order, and all else with regards to Right of withdrawal, warrenty etc. are held, you are free to return your product(s). 

If you choose to cancel a purchase you have 30 days to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase by mail, phone or similar. In your notice, please make us aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo by simply refusing receipt of the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. Your order must be returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods, and upon return you are responsible for the goods being properly packed.
